Indulge in a unique holiday designed for an intimate group of 7-14 participants led by two experienced retreat leaders. Dive deep into adventure alongside the queen of the mermaids! Begin your day with a serene sunrise meditation on the breathtaking beach, followed by rejuvenating yoga sessions at the Siren Sanctuary. Savor tropical fruit smoothies to invigorate your senses while marveling at the abundant wildlife sightings, including sloths, monkeys, iguanas, macaws, toucans, agoutis, and magnificent butterflies.
Venture beyond the retreat to explore world-class cafes, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs conveniently located nearby. Delve into the art of breathwork, yoga & movement to strengthen and tonify your body, allowing you to swim gracefully and perform underwater. Hannah shares her wealth of knowledge and enthralling tales of ocean animal encounters that will inspire your love of the sea.
📸 Dakota Fox ~ Let Dakota serenade you with his mesmerizing sound healing sessions, transporting you to a state of pure bliss amidst tranquil frequencies. Let him capture your true spirit in a sunset beach portrait photoshoot. Experience the magic of a cacao offerings, indulge in tropical smoothies, and enjoy a night of live music by Dakota under the stars. Discover body-grounding tai-chi exercises and Thai Massage class led by Dakota, or opt for a thrilling surfing excursion to Cocles Beach, where the waves beckon and the vibes are endless PURA VIDA!

MEALS: At the Siren Sanctuary Retreat Center, guests will be treated to vibrant, organic, plant-based breakfasts featuring fresh tropical fruits, energizing smoothies, and warm, freshly baked local bread. While lunches will occasionally be provided, the highlight of the culinary experience will be a special final goodbye dinner, celebrating the flavors of the region with a delicious and health-conscious feast that perfectly concludes the retreat.

- Single occupancy VIP : $3900 per room
- Double occupancy (Shared room) : $2300 per person
- $1000 deposit to confirm booking. Final payment due by October 1st.
- All rooms have their own private en-suite bathroom, and access to a private kitchen.

You are highly encouraged to purchase CFAR (cancel for any reason insurance) in case anything should prevent you from attending.

Fabric Mermaid Tail Suppliers
We highly recommend purchasing your own inexpensive fabric (or fancy silicone!) tail that will be to your specific size, color and design, which you can keep it after the retreat to continue your mermaid adventures. If that is not an option for you, we do have some basic fabric tails I can supply if needed, however orders must be put in by Sept 26th, and limited sizes and colors are available.

The main house serves as the heart of the retreat, a spacious and 2024 architecturally stunning Mermaid yoga/dance/retreat center that has been crafted to inspire peace, creativity, and rejuvenation.
At the center of the main house is an impressive two-story vaulted ceiling that immediately creates a sense of openness and freedom. Natural light floods the open-plan meeting room through massive floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating the entire space with a warm, inviting glow. These expansive windows offer stunning views of the surrounding tropical landscape, inviting nature indoors and providing an ever-present connection to the vibrant flora and fauna that thrive just outside. Surrounding the main house are 3 self-contained tropical bungalows,boasting a total of 8 rooms across the property, each designed to offer a peaceful and secluded space for relaxation and rest. These bungalows are beautifully placed into the lush gardens, maximizing the indoor and outdoor living with the lovely covered decks. Every bedroom within the bungalows has been newly renovated, featuring elegant bathrooms, convenient kitchenettes, and private access points that allow guests to come and go as they please. Each room is air-conditioned, providing cool comfort even in the warm tropical climate. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploration or preparing for another day of adventure, the rooms offer a personal sanctuary where you can recharge in complete privacy.
