As an experienced and joyful retreat leader, she creates a warm, supportive space where you’re free to express yourself fully, reconnect with your inner child, and dive into playful exploration. Her nurturing presence invites laughter, freedom, and transformation — all while deepening your love for the sea and yourself.

📸 Dakota Fox – (RETREAT LEADER) A seasoned event producer with over a decade of experience leading Heartshine gatherings in California, Dakota weaves music, movement, and mindfulness into a powerful journey of connection through cacao offerings, live music, sunset portraits, Thai massage, tai chi, and ocean adventures. As a talented photographer, his calming energy and uplifting spirit make it easy to drop into the moment, open your heart, and have fun along the way.

The Siren Sanctuary Retreat Center is a purpose-built haven in the lush Caribbean of Costa Rica, dedicated to hosting intimate, heart-centered retreats that awaken connection to self, community, and nature. MEALS: At the Siren Sanctuary Retreat Center, guests will be treated to vibrant, organic, plant-based breakfasts featuring fresh tropical fruits, energizing smoothies, and warm, freshly baked local bread. The highlight of the culinary experience will be the special Welcome and Farewell dinners, celebrating the flavors of the region with a delicious and health-conscious feast that perfectly concludes the retreat.

Nestled in the lush tropical landscape of Playa Chiquita, Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, the Siren Sanctuary Retreat Center offers a serene escape where modern comfort blends seamlessly with the beauty of the Caribbean coast. At the heart of the sanctuary is the Mermaid yoga and dance center, an architecturally stunning space featuring a two-story vaulted ceiling and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. This light-filled haven inspires peace, creativity, and connection to nature, serving as the perfect venue for yoga, dance, and group workshops.

The sanctuary’s location, just five minutes from pristine beaches, provides easy access to crystal-clear waters ideal for snorkeling, swimming, or simply relaxing on the sand. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in transformative experiences of vocal activations, group singing, cacao offerings, mermaid swimming, underwater image creation, yoga, and dance, all designed to foster a deeper connection to the ocean, wildlife, and themselves. By integrating these enriching activities, the Siren Sanctuary cultivates a community of like-minded individuals inspired by mindfulness and nature.

Accommodations:

At the center of the sanctuary is a shared pool, ideal for cooling off or unwinding with a tropical smoothie while soaking in the jungle’s serene ambiance. The Caribbean-style architecture, vibrant gardens, and tranquil atmosphere create a luxurious yet welcoming environment for rest and rejuvenation.

Designed to host up to 16 guests, the Siren Sanctuary features three tropical bungalows, the Mermaid Temple + Mezzanine, and two stylish Studio apartments, offering a total of eight private, newly renovated rooms. Each room includes air-conditioning, private access, a kitchenette, and an elegant bathroom. Surrounded by lush gardens, these accommodations are thoughtfully designed to provide privacy, comfort, and tranquility, making them the perfect retreat after a day of activities.

HOW DO WE GIVE BACK?

BEACH CLEAN UP:

As part of the ‘Dive Into Love’ Retreat at Siren Sanctuary, we’ll unite for a beach clean-up mission to collect trash along the otherwise pristine coastline. This hands-on effort is a way to give back to the ocean that inspires us, helping protect marine life and maintain the natural beauty of the area. By working together, we’ll make a tangible difference for the local environment, fostering a deeper connection to the ocean and reinforcing our shared commitment to conservation and sustainability.

ANIMAL RESCUE CENTER:

At each retreat, we visit and donate to the local wildlife rescue center, a vital organization that has rescued 500–700 animals annually since 2008, with over 40% successfully returned to their natural habitat. As animal lovers and environmentalists, this is a meaningful way to support impactful, local conservation work. During our visit, you’ll learn about indigenous wildlife and have the chance to meet animals currently in rehabilitation, deepening your connection to the region and its incredible biodiversity.

Retreat Costs:

Double occupancy (Shared room) : $2700 per person

Single occupancy VIP : $4900 per room

All rooms include a private bathroom and kitchen access.

$1000 deposit to confirm booking. Final payment due 2 weeks prior to retreat date.

Triple friend occupancy (Shared room) : $1900 per person

(This room can only be booked by 3 friends making a deposit together at the same time as a group to gain the triple discount.)

Extra nights can be booked in advance at Siren Sanctuary at a special discounted rate of $100 per night, before or after the retreat. This gives you time to settle in beforehand or continue enjoying the Sanctuary once the retreat ends.

We highly recommend arriving at least one day early, as travel delays can happen, and this ensures you arrive relaxed, prepared, and ready to fully step into the experience.

All retreat purchases are 100% non-refundable upon purchase. If for any reason you are unable to attend, we do not issue refunds. You are highly encouraged to purchase CFAR (cancel for any reason insurance) in case anything should prevent you from attending.
